Ken Sidelinger Joins HighRadius as General Counsel

Sidelinger has joined the company as its General Counsel. After V&E, Ken successfully founded a legal and consulting practice that specialized in IT law, and has worked for various software companies, such as BMC Software, McAfee (Intel Security), and Leeyo Software, where his roles included Senior Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property, Embedded Technology Transactions Counsel & M&A Counsel, and Senior Corporate Counsel, respectively. Ken has represented many start-up SaaS companies, and has also served as Director of e-Discovery, Solutions Architect for Expert Information Management, and outsourced Chief Legal Officer for several clients.
