Ken Sidelinger Joins HighRadius as General Counsel

Sidelinger has joined the company as its General Counsel. After V&E, Ken successfully founded a legal and consulting practice that specialized in IT law, and has worked for various software companies, such as BMC Software, McAfee (Intel Security), and Leeyo Software, where his roles included Senior Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property, Embedded Technology Transactions Counsel & M&A Counsel, and Senior Corporate Counsel, respectively. Ken has represented many start-up SaaS companies, and has also served as Director of e-Discovery, Solutions Architect for Expert Information Management, and outsourced Chief Legal Officer for several clients. Ken’s work overseeing the drafting, negotiation and closing of numerous complex IT transactions will be key in his role at HighRadius. “I am very excited to have been selected as HighRadius’ new General Counsel,” said Ken. “This company is the established leader in the credit and accounts receivables automation space, with a proven technology that provides unmatched automation and productivity gains.
