President & Chief Executive Officer
Sashi co-founded HighRadius and brings a unique combination of business management expertise and technical knowledge to his leadership of the HighRadius team and corporate strategy. This focus on business process improvement is the driving philosophy behind HighRadius’ offerings and results in our customers achieving peak financial performance through improvements such as reduced Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), greater operational efficiency, and increased deduction recovery. He has worked with many Fortune 1000 companies in implementing credit management, collections management, dispute management, and invoicing and payments solutions. Prior to HighRadius, Sashi served as the CEO of Riversand Technologies, a provider of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
Sashi holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Chennai, India.
Chief Financial Officer
Johnny is responsible for the financial and strategic objectives that will enable HighRadius to continue to drive growth, capitalizing on the increasingly global demand for Fintech enterprise solutions. Johnny is a seasoned executive with extensive experience managing finance departments for high-growth technology companies.
Johnny is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas, and obtained graduate business studies from St. Edward’s University, Austin, Texas and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance / International Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Ken is responsible for all global sales and revenue generating business functions at HighRadius. Ken has over 20 years of experience leading SaaS / enterprise software sales and alliances organizations. His passion is scaling and building out global sales teams to deliver on aggressive ARR growth goals. Prior to joining HighRadius, Ken was CRO for Silver Peak Systems, SVP Worldwide Sales for Jasper Technologies (acquired by Cisco), Vice President of NA Sales for Oracle’s Communications Business Unit, and he held various sales and alliance roles at Siebel Systems.
Ken received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona.
Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer, Sayid leads the Product Management and Partner teams, driving strategic growth initiatives at HighRadius with a focus on accelerating the pace of innovation in the fintech’s Integrated Receivables platform. With a pedigreed background in B2B payments, Sayid has built his career with an ever-growing responsibility in helping customers navigate the changing fintech landscape, including foundational changes in B2B payments and the advent of modern AI data science. Sayid joins HighRadius most recently from Vantiv, where he was Head of Product for the Merchant business unit, and prior to that had a stint in Investment Banking in M&A at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Sayid received his MBA from Yale University, a Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland College Park, and a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Chief Marketing Officer
Urvish Vashi oversees global marketing at HighRadius. Urvish has more than 20 years of experience in product marketing, product management and corporate marketing. He has led marketing functions in several high growth software and technology companies throughout all phases of their growth – from start-ups to established players. Prior to joining HighRadius, he served as VP of Marketing at Paradigm, a global software company with operations in 30 countries. Before Paradigm, Urvish held senior leadership roles at Alert Logic, Symantec and other software technology firms.
Urvish holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from Rice University.
Vice President & General Manager of Sales, Strategic Accounts and SAP Practice
Anuj leads the sales of HighRadius solutions and services within our Strategic Accounts. He also leads HighRadius’ SAP Practice from a sales and delivery perspective. He brings over twenty years of experience in implementing successful strategies to drive business growth via large and complex global projects. Prior to joining HighRadius, Anuj held leadership positions in some of the largest SAP consulting firms, such as IBM, Deloitte, and PwC. He is highly regarded for his expertise in Supply Chain Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Asset Management, and Master Data Management.
Anuj received his Master of Science in Information Systems & Decision Sciences and Master of Science in Industrial & Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Louisiana State University, and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University, New Delhi, India.
Vice President, Sales, Mid-Market
Jerry Morgan has 20-plus years of experience leading software sales and digital transformation. His expertise includes building teams, developing people, creating and executing sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and exceeding revenue objectives. He has directed inside and outside sales, specialist sales, presales software engineers and support engineers. His teams sold digital business management software for Fortune 500 companies with global distributed systems as well as enterprise mainframe platforms.
Jerry graduated summa cum laude and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
Vice President, Consulting
Pankaj leads the consulting organization responsible for successful deployment of HighRadius products and services. He brings twenty years of experience in managing professional services engagements for Fortune 1000 customers, previously working for companies such as IBM and BearingPoint.
Pankaj received his Master of Business Administration degree from University of Colorado, a Master’s degree in Engineering from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, India.
Vice President, Sales and Marketing Operations
Andrea Waller brings more than 10 years of operational experience and sales leadership in modern SaaS technology companies to HighRadius. Leading teams with a wide array of skills, including deep system expertise and an affinity for data and metrics-based strategies, Andrea joins HighRadius as the operational backbone of their sales and marketing teams. Prior to joining HighRadius, Andrea held various operational roles supporting marketing, channel sales, inside sales, and enterprise sales teams with industry leading software companies Idera, Inc and BMC Software.
Andrea graduated cum laude and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Vice President, Customer Success
Natalie Fedie oversees HighRadius’ global customer success division, including technical support, solution management and customer success teams. With proven experience working in scaling enterprise software companies, Natalie will drive both customer retention and recurring revenue growth at HighRadius. Prior to joining HighRadius, Natalie served as Vice President of Customer Success at Granicus, the largest cloud solutions provider for government. Most recently, Natalie helped build and execute the customer success methodology at Doxly.
Natalie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.

Jon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Durham, United Kingdom.

Gwyn has more than 20 years of experience working for technology companies, ranging from start-ups to major corporations, delivering innovative enterprise solutions to strategic clients. Gwyn has been instrumental growing business for corporations with specific emphasis on the market in the United Kingdom and EMEA, to include staff recruitment, new business generation and marketing. Gwyn has previously served as Business Development Director for Thomson Reuters, where he worked to drive new business and expand existing client relationships, achieving consecutive years of above target revenue generation.Gwyn received his Bachelors Degree in Management Science from the University of Wales, Swansea.
Managing Director, India
Bhanu is responsible for managing HighRadius’ India operations and for supervising the research & development and support functions as well as Cloud operations. He brings over seventeen years of experience in software development, project management, operations and building high performance teams.
Bhanu received his Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur, India.
Vice President, People and Culture
Stella Tran powers all things “people,” ensuring that HighRadius’ people and culture continue to thrive, even during periods of rapid growth. She leads the human resources team with a “people-first” mentality with the goal of hiring, retaining and developing the best talent around. Prior to joining HighRadius, Stella acquired progressive experience from the banking industry and spent nearly a decade with a global retailer, finishing her tenure there as Director of HR.
Stella received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
