HighRadius was founded in 2006 by Sashi Narahari. It started with an on-premise solution, offering software that could be installed on a company's own servers to streamline its accounts receivable processes.

HighRadius shifted its focus towards cloud-based software as a Service (SaaS) solutions offering more flexible deployment options to its customers while reducing the need for on-premise costs.

Launched Rivana, the AI-powered platform of HighRadius. At the time of its launch, AI and ML were not yet mainstream technologies in the fintech industry. However, HighRadius recognized its potential early on and invested heavily to develop innovative solutions to keep its customers ahead of the curve.

HighRadius was bootstrapped till 2017 when it raised it's first funding. By this time HighRadius already had 350+ clients, including 100s of Global 2000s, and was a multi-million dollar, cash-positive business.

Autonomous Finance is a next-gen platform that learns from transaction data, predicting outcomes to improve working capital, enhance customer experience, and deliver accurate cash forecasting through proactive, AI-driven decision-making.

HighRadius raises $125M Series B led by ICONIQ Capital, reaching unicorn status. Funding accelerates AI-driven receivables, treasury, and autonomous finance platform, empowering CFOs with automation, forecasting, and digital transformation for sustained growth.

HighRadius raised a total of $475 million from Susquehanna Growth Equity, ICONIQ Capital, Tiger Global, D1 Capital, and tech industry leaders such as Frank Slootman (Snowflake) & Howie Liu (Airtable). And launched Autonomous Accounting.

Launched LiveCube - A No-Code Platform for the Office of the CFO. This enables finance business users to build their own applications without depending on IT Dept or Admin Users using a familiar Excel-like spreadsheet interface.
