The Fairytale Startup

Work is not a fairytale, it’s real life! Imagine a fancy startup in downtown San Francisco with an open floor plan and industrial-inspired, chic decor. There are ping pong tables, mani/pedis, and beer on tap. A lot of startups get carried away with the superficial and privileged workplace ideas and creating fads that attract ‘top talent.’  The promise is a fairytale workplace where you raise millions of dollars while burning a ton of cash and eventually just 1% survive! How can someone put forth their best quality of work while standing in the middle of Disneyland?

We are The Pragmatists

There are few of us and we believe HighRadius is one of them.  We prefer to keep it real. Unlike the Pretenders, we want our core values to guide decisioning and show up in the way people think, feel and act on a daily basis. Instead of being a Fairytale Startup, we want our people to think of us as their work home away from home (not a theme park) and to feel that they are making a huge impact.
