Let’s take a closer look at the different features being offered:

  • Auto bank feeds refresh:

Remittance information from bank feeds will auto-refresh. The frequency for this refresh will be every 4 hours without any additional setting up needed. Earlier the processes entailed manual refreshing every day. For users with integrated out-of-box cash reconciliation tools; this update means faster invoice matching and faster cash posting back in the Intacct system.

  • Accounts receivable reporting enhancements:

Sage Intacct enhanced the accounts receivable reporting experience to make AR processes easier. These enhancements include drill down to customer details directly from aging report and Improved AR ledger report filtering

  • Dashboard view with books close status:

Sage Intacct users can now view the last closed date for each application area, as a top-level summary or by the entity directly on the dashboards.

  • Billable corporate credit card transactions in project invoices:

Mark corporate credit card transactions as billable to a project, those transactions flow directly to project invoicing. This update enables reporting on billable corporate credit card transactions. Users can also import these transactions using an import template or API.
Early adopter program- three-way match for purchasing
Three-way matches for all purchases will now be available to customers through an early adopter program.

  • General ledger posting details:

GL posting details are now available on order entry transactions, purchase transactions, and additional cash management transactions

  • Sage Intacct multi-tax application:

Multinational US companies can now convert to a multiple-tax jurisdiction configuration to apply a specific tax solution to each entity.

  • Corrected display of data in AP ledger report:

Includes improved AP ledger report filtering and better handling of external credits in AP ledger report.

  • Allow project managers to edit or delete their own draft project invoices:

Earlier, a project manager with user-type access could generate a project draft invoice but couldn’t change that draft invoice after it’s created. With the new update, users can assign new project permissions to project managers.

  • Fundamentals training for Sage Intacct is now free:

Users can now learn Sage Intacct fundamentals without any cost. All training content is available in the Learning Center from within Sage Intacct.
