*Offer Terms: This offer is made by HighRadius and is for: 20% (the “Discount”) off a subscription to EIPP, Collections, Cash Application, Credit, Deductions, or Analytics modules for 12 months from the date you begin to receive services pursuant to this offer to be eligible for this offer you must be an American Express Merchant and must contract with HighRadius for New Company Services pursuant to this offer. New Company Services are defined as HighRadius modules that, as of the date you were referred to HighRadius by Amex, you were not receiving or were not actively engaged with HighRadius in the sales process to receive. In order to receive the Discount in the case of the Electronic Invoicing and Payment service (“EIPP”) module only, you must enable credit card payments using High Radius’ payment gateway during the implementation of the EIPP solution. You need not enable credit card acceptance in order to receive the Discount for other modules. The Discount does not apply to taxes or additional fees. In the case of EIPP, if you do not enable credit card payments using HighRadius’ payment gateway during the implementation of the EIPP solution, you will not receive 20% off the EIPP subscription fee.
